The following is an example of two trucks coming in to south Florida and unloading on the weekend.
Truck 1 is self dispatched. Truck 2 is dispatched by US Auto Dispatch.
Truck 1 was loading on Tuesday and Wednesday, driving Thursday and Friday, unloading on Saturday and part of Sunday and will have to wait until Monday to start looking for orders to make his load to NJ because most brokers are closed on the weekends. This could take from a few hours up to a full day depending on what is available for a quick re-load schedule.
Truck 2, has US Auto Dispatch looking for orders once he was dispatched to be heading south. This could be as early as the Tuesday or Wednesday while he is still loading. Because of this, US Auto Dispatch has 3 or 4 full days to be selective and to go after the best paying orders to build a load that will pay more and possibly be less miles between pickup and delivery points.
US Auto Dispatch pays for itself -- the proof is in the examples above
Orders listed above were actually available when this page of this website was created. Actual availability and pay rates may change based on time of year, locations, and current operating costs for both the carriers and brokers.
